Paul Kagame, Felix Tshisekedi meet for first time since fresh Rwanda-DRC fallout

Rwandan President Paul Kagame and President Felix Tshisekedi meet in Nairobi for the first time since Kinshasa accused Kigali of supporting the M23 rebels.
