2023 Presidency: Okowa to Take Over Buhari’s Seat? Governor Gets Major Support

Delta State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has been described as a leader who is endowed with the capacity and ability to serve .

The remark was made on Sunday September 12th by Ndudi Elumelu, the minority leader in the House of Representatives, who asked the governor to stand for the 2023 presidential election put.

Elumelu claimed in a statement tion by The Cable that Okowa is the brain behind the unprecedented massive infrastructure development in the state.

Legislators added that the governor is not just a rare gift for the people of Okowa Delta is, but also a blessing for Nigeria in general, This Day reported as well.

“Governor Okowa is a rare gift, not only for the state of Delta, but also for our nation of Nigeria as a whole. I firmly believe that he is endowed with the ability and capabilities to serve our nation at the highest level so that he can replicate the successes of our state at the national level.

“I am calling him sincerely to be made available again to serve the nation. He deserves to be president of this country from 2023. “

Isoko South by-election: Okowa congratulates Evivie, PDP

In the meantime, Okowa had congratulated Ovuakpoye Evivie on winning the second election for Isoko South’s constituency 1 seat in the House of Assembly on Saturday September 11th.

He also congratulated him People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for the result of the election in which Evivie, its member, was announced as the winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
