The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has declared that only God can take his life and decide when he will die, reports The Cable.
Tinubu made this revelation on Sunday October 10th, at Ikeja State House during one of Governor Babajide’s. Sanwo-Olu, The Nation, organized a welcome event for him.
The former Lagos Governor, who revealed that he has fully recovered from the operation, noted that God is the giver and taker of life and that he can empower everyone at their own time.
The Jagaban said:
“I am A little emotional now, but I’m happy. God is the giver of life and the only one who can take life.
“And he says, if I give you power and privilege in this life; me I’m the only one who can take it from you if you don’t use it in the way that benefits humanity. God can give power to anyone he wants.
“It’s the same God who has spared us to this day and has given us the privilege. I praise God because I stand before you healthy, lively and healthy. “
