A passenger who was on the Abuja-Kaduna bound train that departed on Monday, March 28, attacked by some terrorists was shot dead.
Daily Trust reports that the passenger identified as Mohammed Al’amin who was shot dead by the terrorists while in captivity is currently in a is in critical condition.
A Nigerian-based publisher, Tukur Mamu, affiliated with the Te rrorists who negotiated the release of the prisoners confirmed the incident.
Mamu also supported the incident Release of 11 o For the 68 passengers who since March 28 from the terrorists were held captive.
Regarding the incident, Mamu said:
“I can confirm that the said passenger was shot and the information is credible. They might also intend to send a message.
“Killing their victims is something we know they can do. They have previously threatened to do so.”

More on the matter, Mamu warned that the government, particularly at the federal level, must take full responsibility if it does not take timely action.
His words:
“I know what is at stake in this crisis and that is why I keep emphasizing that President Buhari must be willing to make painful compromises if he is really committed to this to keep innocent victims alive.”
“With what we have achieved, the windows and opportunities we have opened that did not exist before, the government has the power to do so within three to finish within four days.
“I assure you you can do it with their support and cooperation, and if it didn’t happen, as long as the government does what is necessary l agree and accept to take full responsibility. Emergencies like this do not require unnecessary bureaucracy.”

More details emerged from some relatives of the abductees during the attack on the Abuja-Kaduna train.
The relatives said that the terrorists are holding their loved ones. The prisoners refused to to do business with them.
According to the families of the kidnapped victims, the Nigerian government has shown no concern for their plight.

In the 2 minute and 30 second video, the abductees were seen begging the federal government to help them to come.
As a reason for releasing the new video, the terrorists explained that they had sent messages to the Nigerian authorities.
