- One of the Chibok schoolgirls kidnapped by Boko Haram terrorists in 2014, Mary Ngoshe, was discovered by the Nigerian army
- The Discovery was made in Borno by troops from the 26th Task Force Brigade in Borno on Tuesday 14 June while on patrol
- According to the force, Ngoshe was killed in a Twitter Post found with some child believed to be hers
Nigerian Army soldiers on Tuesday 14th June , working in the 26th Task Force Brigade in Borno, intercepted Mary Ngoshe and her son.
The woman was found in the Ngoshe area of the state while troops were on patrol .
According to the Nigerian Army, Ngoshe is believed to be one of the abducted girls by GGSS Chibok in 2014.
The Police said that one next e exploitation continues.

2023: Nigerian Army Chief Makes Sad Predictions, Alerts Soldiers Before They Come True
In the run-up to the 2023 general election Lt. Gen. Faruk Yahaya, Chief of Army Staff (COAS), made some predictions that will most likely come from the Nigerian political arena.
During a three-day second senior command and leadership seminar, held in Rivers State on Wednesday 8th June, COAS Yahaya noted that things are getting very tense in the Nigerian political landscape as preparations for the elections begin.
Clearly, the NA chief predicted that some politicians, desperate to advance their interests, would engage in activities such as fights and hate speech.
“Commitment of political clerks.” Anger, use of hate speech and other hostile acts Attacks by desperate politicians and their supporters are likely to lead to a more fragile security situation in the coming days.”
