Government House, Enugu State – The southeastern governors and traditional rulers condemned on Tuesday October 5th, the Sit-at House Rules of the Outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), which are normally enforced every Monday.
The communique was written by Francis Nwaze , the media advisor to Governor Umahi, made available on Facebook.
