Minna, Niger State – A Supreme Court in the state of Niger on Tuesday October 12th ordered Mohammed Barau Kontagora not to present himself more than 7th Sarkin Sudan from Kontagora.
The presiding judge, Justice Ab dullahi Mikailu, prevented the first defendant, Mohammed Barau Kontagora, from presenting himself as the 7th i>
The court ruled:
“An injunction is hereby issued and issued to all defendants / defendants, their agents, secretaries and / or any other person with whom Whatever names acting on behalf of the authorities or persons who claim and / or present or present or install the first accused by holding a staff as the 7th Sarkin Sudan from Kontagora until the hearing and decision of the plaintiffs / applicants present ‘Request for notice dated and filed on 11/10/2022. “
The plaintiffs’ attorney, WY Mamman Esq, had asked the court to prevent the Barau from becoming himself present as 7th emir.

The case was postponed to Wednesday October 20th.

A letter of appointment was presented to Barau Kontagora prior to the court order.
The presentation took place in the government building in Minna.
