Lagos – The former minister of aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, is being investigated because of a new development that is at Fake borders a federal court in Lagos.
The International Center for Investigative Reporting reports that the Lagos division of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is expecting Fani-Kayode on Wednesday , November 24.
Fani-Kayode, who recently participated in the ruling All Progressives Congr ess (APC) has defected, questions about po. answer possible forgery of hospital documents to mislead the court handling its money laundering case to stop the hearing Accused of the trend in Fani-Kayode’s letters being adjourned, Sahara reporters added.
Upon closer inspection, the EFCC found that all letters were allegedly from Kubwa General Hospital in Abuja. except for one.
Fani-Kayode has been suspected of using an ingenious method with medical staff to enable him to evade the process.

Justice Daniel Osaigor gave the order on Wednesday October 13th, saying that he, after reviewing the court file, observed five different letters from the defendant requesting adjournment on the same medical grounds.
