Full List: United Arab Emirates Places Six Nigerians, 32 Others, 15 Entities on Terror List

According to Al Arabiya News, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) put 38 people, including six Nigerians, on their terrorist list

TheCable also reports that the country’s law enforcement agencies have been instructed to take necessary action against any individual or organization or any person related to them.

The UAE designated four Emiratis, two Lebanese, eight Yemenis, five Syrians, five Iranians, six Nigerians, two Iraqis, one each from India, Afghanistan, Great Britain, St. Kitts-Navis, Russia and Jordan.

Al Arabiya News added that the evolution follows the UAE Cabinet Resolution No. 83 of 2021, which identifies 38 individuals and 15 organizations as those supporting and funding terrorism in the country.

Court sets date to rule on the fate of 400 suspects accused of sponsoring Boko Haram terrorists

It was reported that the presidency announced the arrest of the suspects, mainly operators of the Bureau De Change, for allegedly facilitating the transfer of funds to Boko Haram terrorists.

Some Nigerians are said to have donated the funds to the terrorist group in conjunction with the BDC operators.
