According to Pastor Tunde Bakare of the Citadel Global Community Church, the federal government should make concerted efforts to abolish the 1999 Nigerian Constitution.
Pastor Bakare said on Sunday October 10th that the country cannot achieve the best version of itself with a “glorified death certificate”.
The cleric argued:
” I am convinced as well like many compatriots inside and outside the coast of Nigeria that the constitution of 1999, whether in its amended form or still to be amended by the National Assembly, is nothing more than a glorified death certificate. “
