“The challenges we have in our country are not just here, they are around the world. And what we have today is what we call asymmetric wellbeing, where you’re not fighting a known enemy. And it’s no longer like the typical war situation, it has taken on other dimensions.

“And so there are changes. The enemy is always looking for ways to redefine their way of committing their atrocities. Likewise, we must look for ways to restructure and defend our country. We can’t just keep using the same strategies.

“In times like these, we come together. We’re rethinking how we’ve done it so far. So these seminars are opportunities for us to go back to the drawing board and be able to work out new ways and eventually win the war.”
