Ogun, Ota – Living Faith Church Worldwide Founder Bishop David Oyedepo has announced , Canaan land 23 years of uninterrupted power supply without government intervention, Vanguard reported.
Oyedepo said the milestone during a sermon at the headquarters of the church known as Faith Tabernacle in Ota, Ogun state was achievable because they invested a lot of resources.
“We teach the world that one can make a name for oneself by trusting in God.”

Canaanland was acquired in 1998 and was originally 560 acres (2.3 km2) located in Ota, Ogun, Nigeria. The Church’s international headquarters, Faith Tabernacle, was built in Cannanland between 1998 and 1999 and took twelve months to complete. The cornerstone was laid on August 29, 1998.
In 1999, the 50,400-seat Faith Tabernacle was dedicated. Faith Tabernacle was considered the largest church in the world by capacity.
It spans approximately 70 hectares and was built within the complex called Canaanland, which is more than 10,500 hectares (42 km2) in Ota, a suburb of Lagos. The church building was erected in less than 12 months and dedicated in September 1999.
