Ogun, Abeokuta – Former President Olusegun Obasanjo was captured on the occasion of his 85th birthday the streets of Abeokuta to take a tricycle ride popularly known as Keke.
The ex-president, who on Saturday, Dec March 5, 85 was seen According to a Facebook image shared on the page of Daniel Sync Olusanya, a London-based Nigerian photographer from Ijebu, Bund esstaat Ogun, surfaced, passengers will be picked up.

According to a report by TheCable, Obasanjo had donated tricycles to 85 people in June as part of an empowerment program in honor of his 85th birthday.
Streams of support followed, welcoming the former military and democratic President of Nigeria when he gently rode the tricycle.
Olusanya in his Facebook post said:
“In celebration of [email protected] and as part of Youth Empowerment program (anchored by the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library Youth Centre), the former President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, drove one of them the “Keke Napeps” (aka Maruwa/tricycle) to Kuto Abeokuta with passengers on board.
“The journey began from his OOPL abode to Kuto Underpass as he falls picked up some passengers (who were more excited than driven by the former President) en route. It was a beautiful moment.
“In total, 85 young people have greatly benefited from the [email protected] Free Keke program.
