Abuja – President Muhammadu Buhari will chair the meeting of the Federal Executive Committee (FEC) in the State House in Abuja on Wednesday, November 17, 2021.
A media advisor to the President, Buhari Sallau, shared details and photos of the meeting on his official Facebook page.
Voice of Nigeria reports that the meeting is virtual and started at 10:00 am.
Government Secretary of the Federation, Boss Mustapha; Chief of Staff of the President, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari; National Security Advisor, Maj. General Babagana Monguno; and Secretary of State, State House, Umar Tijani; are physically present at the meeting.
Ministers present at the meeting are the Attorney General and Justice Minister Abubakar Malami; Interior, Rauf Aregbesola; Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed; Working and living, Babatunde Fashola; and Minister of State for Education, Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba.
President Buhari returns to Abuja after 2 weeks abroad
The president arrived at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja on Tuesday evening, November 16, according to a video posted by his personal assistant Bashir Ahmad on Facebook.
The last country he visited before returning to Nigeria was South Africa, where he attended the 2nd Intra-African Fair in Durban in 2021.
