President Buhari named on world’s 500 most influential Muslims

Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari has been recognized as one of the most powerful Muslims the world.

The list of the most powerful Muslims worldwide was published in the publication “The Muslim 500: The World’s 500 Most Influential Muslims”.

In the 2022 edition, Buhari was listed in 17th place, while the Nigerian leader was in 16th place in the 2021 publication.

The President was named due to his earlier Military career, his references to anti-corruption, economy and infrastructure, environment and COVID-19 selected.
