The remains of Deborah Samuel, who was cremated in Sokoto last Thursday for alleged blasphemy, have been buried, according to The Nation.
She was buried in her hometown of Tunga Magajiya in Rijau Governorate, Niger State.
Tears flowed as she was as well-wishers and relatives mourned the death of her .
She was buried at around 6:30 p.m. in Tunga Magaiya Christian Cemetery.
Her family insisted that to continue with the exercise despite protests from Tunga Magaiya youth who felt the Sokoto government should blame Ben for her funeral.
You uncle, Pastor ECWA in Tunga Magajiya, Emmanuel Maaji, led prayers in the cemetery before being lowered to Mother Earth.
