Osun State – The Osun Police Command says the autopsy of the murdered PhD student Timothy Adegoke, a student at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile -Ife, being postponed because his family insisted on being part of the process.
The Punch reports that the state police PR officer, SP Yemisi Opalola said in an interview on Sunday, November 21st, in Osogbo, that the autopsy will now take place on Monday, 22nd valley, Osogbo.
Opalola said however that the body of the deceased was deposited at UTH and the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital, which they mistakenly mentioned on a radio broadcast “based on” misinformation. “
She also said that no part of the deceased’s body was removed when it was exhumed in the presence of his family members, the police and the pathologist, as rumored.
“The family stated that they were on Monday (morning) for the autopsy will be available.
“I would like to add that the family members of the deceased were present when the remains of the deceased were exhumed.”
