Abuja – Mallam Saliu Mustapha, the former vice-chair of the defunct The Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) has shared his thoughts on how President Muhammadu Buhari will be remembered.

He went on to say that Buhari had laid a solid foundation for the next government, adding that the president would be better valued after his departure office.
