The Western Cape Supreme Court has ruled against suspended public protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane hours after President Cyril Ramaphosa suspended her.
Mkhwebane’s suspension and court ruling come after Mkhwebane announced that she Criminal allegations against Ramaphosa in connection with the case are investigating the theft of cash at his Phala Phala farm in Limpopo.
Mkhwebane faces an impeachment hearing in Parliament on July 11.
