Police are investigating an incident of shooting at a popular restaurant in Rosebank, Johannesburg, on Thursday morning.
Details are scant at this time, but paramedics from Medi Response who arrived said a 42-year-old man Man pronounced dead on the spot.
According to Paul Herbst of Medi Response, the man was eating breakfast at Tasha’s restaurant outside the Zone area of the mall when he was approached by two men.
He was shot twice in the head before the perpetrators fled on foot.
Police spokeswoman Captain Mavela Masondo said police are at the scene.
