A 35-year-old man accused of breaking the windows of the Vryburg Court was arrested and appeared in court for the first time on Monday.
National Prosecutor’s Office spokesman Henry Mamothame , said Sibongile Dube was arrested on Sunday.
“It is alleged that a security officer on duty heard windows being broken and upon investigation saw the suspect run away from the scene.
“The security officer went into pursuit and was caught Dube and the police were called. He was arrested and officially charged, “said Mamothame.
Dube appeared in court on Monday and the case was postponed until January 17th for bail.
