Queen’s bid to inherit half of late king’s estate to be decided on Wednesday

Queen Sibongile Zulu to inherit 50% of the estate of the late King Goodwill Zwelithini will be ruled in the Pietermaritzburg Supreme Court on Wednesday.

Acting Judge-President Isaac Madondo said the Queen’s papers in Tuesday whom she claimed was the only woman to marry the king in a civil rights ceremony are contradicting itself.

The main reason behind Tuesday’s trial was that her Legal Department failed to come up with a fair case and not seek a judicial explanation had declared the other marriages null and void the late king, claiming it was fake.

The affairs have been settled collectively and are being handled by members of the royal family, including Prince Misuzulu et al nd Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi, refused.

* In an earlier version of this story we said the Queen’s application had failed. The judge will decide on Wednesday.
