Stage 3 load shedding will be conducted between 5:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays, while Stage 4 is scheduled from 4:00 p.m. to midnight on both days, Eskom says.
The utility expects fewer periods of load shedding throughout the weekend as units come back online.

On Tuesday afternoon, Eskom said it had 3,934 MW for planned maintenance, while 14,867 MW due unavailable due to outages.
